out of 5 starsFound the coolest guy who can help make your house's exterior look better, from Santa Barbara to L.A. Pure Pressure cleans gutters, solar panels, windows, power washes sidewalks and driveways, soft washes exteriors including fences and much more. Years back we had someone install those gutter guards so leaves don't get trapped in our gutters, but small droppings from our Euc make it past the screens and collect. Then, seeds find their way through the gratings or birds poop seeds and plants began to grow (you can see in the first image. Sam came out, removed the covers and pulled out all the crap in my roof's cleavage, in the cutters, and the moss/lichens in the back gutters. The guy was amazing, and I will use him again for anything that fits his services. See more See less

out of 5 starsI hired Pure Pressure to clean out the gutters all around my house, which were in really bad shape. All of my neighbors noticed, and several of them had their gutters cleaned too! One of my neighbors also hired them to wash their windows and their windows looked great, so several of us neighbors then hired them to return to wash all of our exterior windows as well. They also cleaned all of the screens. It was so nice to have all of the windows and screens so clean! Sam is kind and respectful. He works with his customers to make sure they are happy with his work so that they feel confident that they received a good value for the services received. I recommend using Pure Pressure. out of 5 starsAfter our home owners insurance got cancelled because a drone flew over our house and said we had mold or mildew on our roof we got quotes from a few different companies to wash our roof. We called Pure Pressure, gave him our address and 10 minutes later we got a quote. When Sam came to do the job he explained in detail how he was going to perform the work. At the end of the day, he wasn’t satisfied with how some of the roof turned out and came back the next day to work on those spots. Sam is very professional and courteous.
